1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of UltraInsight at supplychain.ultrateb.com (the “Service”). UltraInsight is operated by UltraTeb Tegara (الترا طب) (“UltraTeb”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms for yourself and for the organisation you register. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
2. The Service
UltraInsight is free AI procurement intelligence for private healthcare organisations in Egypt. It reads the e-invoices your suppliers send you through Egypt’s e-invoicing system and gives you:
- your procurement for the last 12 months, by supplier and by month;
- AI analysis of your invoice lines: categories, price history and trends;
- savings estimates on items you buy regularly, priced by our team;
- stock and consumption from the stock counts you upload, with early warnings of potential stock-outs;
- market alerts written by the UltraTeb team;
- sourcing: requests for quotes and reverse auctions with your own suppliers;
- an AI assistant that answers questions about your purchases.
The Service is free: no subscription and no card. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance, and you will pay for them only if you choose to.
AI analysis is included within allowances: a one-time onboarding allowance and a monthly allowance for each organisation. When a month’s allowance is used up, new AI analysis pauses until the 1st of the next month (Cairo time); your procurement view keeps updating every day.
We may change, add or remove features. We will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces the Service.
3. Who may use the Service
The Service is for private-sector organisations in Egypt — private hospitals, laboratories and lab chains, medical and radiology centres, clinic companies and pharmacy chains — and the people who work for them. It is not offered to government bodies.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by your organisation to register it, to connect its e-invoicing account and to accept these Terms on its behalf.
4. Your account and your team
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Invite only people who work for your organisation, and remove access when someone leaves.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone has used your account without permission.
5. Connecting your e-invoices — read-only access
You give UltraInsight access by registering it as a separate ERP system in your organisation’s profile on the Egyptian Tax Authority’s e-invoicing portal and giving us its Client ID and secrets. You confirm that you are entitled to do this for your organisation.
Our access is read-only. We only search for and read the documents your organisation has received. We never submit, reject or cancel any document, and we never act on your behalf towards the Tax Authority.
Before importing anything, we check that the invoices are addressed to the tax registration number you gave us. If they are not, nothing is imported.
Your credentials are encrypted when stored, used only to read your received documents, never shown back on screen, and deleted when you disconnect.
You can end our access at any time: in Settings → Data connection → Disconnect, or in the e-invoicing portal by regenerating the secrets of the UltraInsight ERP registration.
6. Your data
Your organisation keeps all rights in its data — its invoices, stock files, messages and everything it uploads.
You allow us to use that data only to provide the Service to you, to keep it secure and working, and to produce anonymous, aggregated statistics. Comparisons with other facilities appear only when at least five comparable organisations exist, and never identify any organisation.
We never sell your data, and we never share your prices, suppliers or quantities with any other supplier or customer.
7. UltraTeb is also a supplier — conflict of interest
UltraTeb Tegara sells medical and laboratory supplies, directly and through its AI Shop and its Tekna brand. Through UltraInsight we can see what your organisation pays its other suppliers. We disclose this conflict of interest openly and commit to the following:
- We use your data only to provide the Service to you — insights, savings estimates and market alerts — and to prepare a quote when you ask for one or when we offer you one.
- We never give your prices, suppliers, quantities or any other data of your organisation to another supplier, another customer or any other third party, except as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Access by UltraTeb staff to an organisation’s data is limited to the people who need it to run and support the Service, and every such access is recorded in a staff-access log.
- You are never obliged to buy anything from UltraTeb. Savings estimates and quotes are offers; the decision is always yours.
- Market alerts reflect our team’s view of the market when they are written. They are information, not a promise about future prices.
8. AI results
Categories, product matches, estimates and assistant answers are produced by AI and can contain mistakes. Check important figures against the original invoice — every figure can be traced to the invoice lines behind it — and report a wrong line with “Flag this line”.
The Service provides procurement information. It does not give medical, clinical, legal, tax or financial advice.
9. Sourcing with your suppliers
When you invite suppliers to a request for quotes, we send them the invitation and the request details you enter, on your behalf. You are responsible for what you send and for your dealings with your suppliers; UltraTeb is not a party to them unless it is itself the supplier.
Supplier names and messages that are e-mailed may not contain web links, and the number of invitation e-mails per day is limited, to protect everyone’s e-mail delivery.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- try to access another organisation’s data, or any part of our systems your account does not give you;
- upload malware, or files you have no right to share;
- use the Service to send spam or misleading messages to suppliers or anyone else;
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the Service;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
11. Personal data
How we handle personal data under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 — including the transfer of data outside Egypt to Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-1) for hosting and to Amazon Bedrock for AI processing, and the Meta Pixel on our public landing and sign-up pages (never inside the app) — is set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we provide the Service “as is” and cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. The Egyptian Tax Authority’s systems are outside our control; when they are unavailable, imports wait and nothing is lost.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, UltraTeb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business decisions taken on the basis of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.
14. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your organisation’s data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other users or the Service at risk; where reasonable, we will tell you first.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. We will tell you about important changes by e-mail or in the app before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any rights you have under mandatory law.
