Where your data is stored
UltraInsight runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States, in the US-East (Northern Virginia) region.
One region today
Every organisation’s data is stored in that region, separated organisation by organisation. If you are outside the United States, using UltraInsight means your data is transferred there. Batch AI analysis also runs on UltraTeb’s own AI server in Egypt, and some AI requests go to Anthropic’s API in the United States — see the AI and your data page.
If your country requires local hosting
Some countries and some organisations require health-sector data to stay in the country. Purchasing data usually contains no patient information, but if local hosting is a requirement for you, contact us before connecting so we can discuss it.
How long we keep data
Your organisation’s data is kept while you use UltraInsight and deleted with the organisation when you ask. Website visitor records are kept for 13 months and email logs for 12 months.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your organisation’s data at any time.
