Data processing agreement
Many organisations need a signed data processing agreement before connecting a new service. We are happy to provide one.
What it covers
- What data we process and why
- Where it is stored and which service providers we use
- How it is protected, and how breaches are reported
- How data is returned or deleted when you leave
How to get one
A data processing agreement, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, is available on request: email support@supplychain.ultrateb.com with your organisation’s name and country. Our Terms and Privacy Policy apply in the meantime.
Who is responsible for what
For the purchasing data you connect or upload, your organisation decides what is processed and UltraTeb processes it on your behalf. For your account, sign-up and our website, UltraTeb is responsible. UltraTeb is a company based in Egypt.
