How your data is protected
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS) for every page and connection
- Connection credentials stored encrypted, never shown back on screen, and never passed to the AI
- Strict separation between organisations, enforced on every request
- Read-only connections to your systems — we never write back
- Staff access limited to the people who run and support the service, and access through the platform logged
Certifications
UltraInsight does not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today. If your organisation needs a security questionnaire answered, contact us and we will answer it in writing.
